6 Vintage 7/8 inch Black Glass Buttons
Flower design self shank black beautiful patterned glass buttons. They are 7/8 inch across and 1/8 thick without the shank. Possibly Czech, maybe even Victorian, if not they are still gorgeous. Two of them have small chips on the edge of the design, almost part of the side. I can't tell if this was from when they were made or from use. One has a somewhat different shade of black color on the back side, possibly from the way the glass was cut.

Vintage Rare Wright Percale Buttons 12 on Card
There are 12 3/8 inch blue and white striped percale buttons held on the back of the card by string. The back of the bottons are betal. Made in U. S. A. is printed on the bottom. "WRIGHT'S WASHABLE PERCALE BUTTONS to match W. & N Monarch and Meteor BIASFOLD TAPES AND TRIMMINGS" is stated on the front of the 5 1/" x 2/ 1/2" card. In the upper right corner is a picture of Wright. Included is the statement"WRIGHT'S BIAS FOLDTAPE It turns itself". The card has a slight ripple from where the buttons are on the the card. I will have a just few more of these available later on in different size buttons.

2 Large beautiful golden yellow almost 1/2 inch deep (not including the shank!). They are domed with carved rays etched from the top to the edge. They are 1 1/2 inch across.

Vintage Large Yellow 3" Glass Button W metal mask
Wow is this a gorgeous unusual button! It is a bright yellow with a metal type medallion attached to the front through to the other side. The glass is slanted at the edge on all four sides. It does need to be cleaned and polished but I will leave that to the new owner.

What an unusual addition to a velvet blouse! Three vintage buttons made from shells. The shells are shiny and polished, about 1 inch across. One of the metal loop shanks is bent but can be straightened. The shells are fairly thick.

Vintage le chic West Germany Glass Carded Buttons Jade
Five jade green glass self-shank buttons with gold specs and striations as part of the top of the button. The bottom of the card reads "3 No. 5349 - 22(9/16") 5 ON JADE (S8)". On the side is written "WESTERN GERMANY". The card still has the price sticker of 7 cents! Printed on the card is 25 cents. What a bargain! The buttons are held on the card by string. The card shows wear along the edges and the hangtag hole is "broken".

Vintage Glass buttons w Flower Mother of pearl inlay
Wow! Twenty three yes! Twenty three of these beautify Black glass sew through buttons. They have a sunflower like mother of pearl inlay with gold hi-lights. Then an additional unopened flower inlay to the left of the flower stem opposite a gold leaf on the right of the flower stem. You definitely don't see these made now a days with this kind of craftsmanship. Each one is a work of art! Words nor pictures don't do these justice if you really enjoy buttons. They are 5/8 inch across and about 1/4 inch thick including the sew through part. These normally sell for at least $10. to $15 each. Whether you are a collector, a seamstress, or a just love beautiful things, please look at the pictures. These really are pieces of art.
