Someone would love to have this in their collection! Both covers and spine are nice and bright. Published in 1939, it is 429 pages long. It is illustrated in black and white and in very good condition. The spine is slightly worn where the covers meet the spine. It is 3 5/8 inches across by 4 1/2 inches tall in size. The front and back covers show slight wear; the pages are not flat against the spine. All pages are white and there are no loose pages. Not bad for being a children's book from 1939!
