Condition: Used Manufacturer: Telechron Consider yourself fortunate if you have ever seen this clock with your own eyes. It is rare and only 16,854 were sold between 1950 and 1953. Telechron named most of their clocks in those days and this one was rightfully named SUAVE. It sold for $21 in 1950 and has a jewel-like case that is a bubble of crystal glass. It has a white cowled dial and gold numerals and hands.

The clock is heavy, yet most attractive.
The brown reflections you see in the photos of the rear and sides of the clock are just that--flash reflections. The clock is a gold color all around the back and sides---rather a translucent gold if that explains it better. Very pretty!
It measures 5.5 inches tall by 5.5 inches wide and 4 inches deep. This particular clock is in excellent condition--almost pristine. I has a good electrical cord and the clock keeps perfect time. This one is a rare find. |
