You might remember this classic Sunbeam Mixmaster in your Mother's or Grandmother's kitchen. If you do, you probably remember the sound of it running making cookies, cakes and pies. This was indeed the workhorse of that era.
This particular unit is very special as it is working great and is complete with the original large MixMaster bowl (actually signed as such on the bottom of the bowl), the small MixMaster bowl and the original juicer bowl with screen and jucier knob and stainless steel spout. Everything is working as it should.
This was the 10 speed model which was adjusted by turning the large black knob on the back of the machine. There also is a setting to adjust the spinning bowl platform from large bowls to small bowls. The beaters are disconnected and removed by swinging the handle off to the side of the motor. The motor comes off of the stand with the click of a trigger so the motor can be used as a portable mixer in your hand.
The full featured machine with the ultimate dependability of the 1950's. What a piece of yesteryear this machine is.
In its rest position on the stand, the entire mixer measures 14 inches tall by 12 inches long. This is a heavy machine and the glass bowls are heavy also.
