This is a 16mm movie with SOUND and narration and is entitled SCIENCE FOR THE SPACEAGE - WHAT IS ELECTRIC CURRENT? It is an educational film for Middle Grades and Junior High School and part of the Basic Physical Science Series. This movie is 13 minutes long and was originally made in 1961 - - a real classic.
The purpose of this educational film was to explain and illustrate how electric current works and to show the effects it produces; to point out the many uses of electric current - for light, heat, and power; to stress the fact that electricity can be dangerous and that all experiments should be done with low-voltage devices.
This particular film has the date of 1977 on the inside cover with a film #919.
