Condition: Used and Operational Size: See Description Country of Origin: United States Manufacturer: Ingraham This is a very unusual Ingraham model, the Palace model, from the late 1800's. I have never seen this model before although it is in the Ingraham book.
The most beautiful feature of the clock is the multicolored glass-like trim on the front of the clock.

It is called the Cathedral Glass Window Effect. What a spectacular look and amazing that after 100 plus years the multicolored effect is in perfect condition! It also has a very good Iveroid Dial with a glass door covering it.
This clock is in good running and striking condition. It strikes once with a pleasant gong on the half-hour and counts the hour count at the top of the hour. This clock is also special as it has the Lion heads on each end of the clock. This is usually a good sign of a quality clock worth high values. The original label for the clock is still on the back door and in good condition.
This is a huge clock at 20 inches wide 11 inches tall and 5.5 inches deep.
A key is included. |
