This is a very high quality 7 inch movie film reel that is made of a Lexan type material. The reel is firm, yet smooth and it will automatically take up the film from autoloading projectors or you can just loop it once and the reel will wrap the film by itself from there. This quality reel comes in its own square stacking box made of the same material and see-through. If you have an autoloading projector that is missing its take-up reel, this is an excellent replacement that will get your approval quickly.
This reel has an insert for the Standard 8mm projector spindle but that insert can be removed so the reel can be used on a Super 8 projector.
