This is a very rare clock and it has been restored and serviced. Everything is working as it should. The realistic fire glows in the hearth of the stove via a rotating colored drum that spins around inside the stove causing wonderful flame reflections that appear to be leaping upward caused by a small 7 watt light reflecting on the colored drum.
You can stop the rotation of the colorful drum or you can switch the light off and on from the back of the clock. In a darkened room, this clock is simply awesome to watch with its ember glow of the stove pipe high on the stove and the colorful flames roaring in the hearth of the stove. What a rare piece this clock is. |
