This is a very colorful cuckoo clock that is very well done with blending colors. This painted clock is a commercial clock and most likely hand painted. The movement has been serviced and it is in great condition. It is a West German movement and one of the most reliable on the market.
The clock is a one day weight driven clock. The cuckoo comes out every hour on the hour and counts the hour with the CUCKOO sounds while the chime gong strikes the hour count in back of the clock. The cuckoo and chime sound once on the half hour.
There are no major defects on this clock whatsoever other than normal wear and is as shown in the photos.

The two children rock back and forth on their teeder-todder as the pendulum swings. It keeps accurate time, and all functions are working properly. Quite an animated clock for sure.
