This is a small movie film splicer named Holiday EZ Splicer that is for cutting and splicing film. It has a curved stainless steel cutting blade mounted in the lid and the jig pins of the splicer will fit both Standard 8mm and 16mm films. I have press tape splices for Regular 8mm splices available in my store.
