MADE IN THE USA! This is a small movie film splicer that could be mounted to a board (has two holes in the bottom allowing such) to make it sturdy for cutting and splicing film. It has a sharp edge on both lids to cut the film and then use Presstapes to repair the film by joining two ends together. The jig pins of the splicer on the both lids will fit the Standard 8mm films. It is NOT for splicer SUPER 8 films.
