MADE IN THE USA: This is an operational MasterCrafters Fireplace Motion Clock #272. This gorgeous clock is in good condition with only minor wear to the clock case. The clock works great and keeps good time. The light works and the motion in the fireplace also works very well as seen in the photos. There is a switch on the back of the clock to turn the light (fire) off and on. When lit it looks like a fire is burning in the fireplace.

This is accomplished by a multi-colored rolling drum inside that reflects the light and changes the colors while the roller is turning to make it look like a real fire is burning in the fireplace. There are no breaks or cracks in the clock case that I can find. This clock is a Model 272 120 V, max lamp size 7 Watts (a night light bulb). This is a beautiful mantel clock still in good working order.
The clock measures 10.5 inches tall by 7.5 inches wide and 3.5 inches deep. |
