Condition: Used & Operational Size: 5 inches tall by 17 inches wide and 12 inches deep. Manufacturer: Smith-Corona This manual typewriter definitely carries the clean lines look of the late 1970's. It has a tab key and margin control Set and Release keys right on the keyboard which were important extra features in those days.
The Galaxie 12 model was a workhorse machine with a 12 inch Platen roller so one can put a piece of typing paper in sideways. This typewriter is a very fine typing machine. It has a 44 character keyboard which means it includes the #1 and the +/= keys.

Everything is working on this machine. it has been serviced and ready for duty if you're up to typing on a manual typewriter, or it would also make a very good yesteryear display.
This unit comes complete with its own original trimline carrying case. This typewriter has a new Black/Red ribbon installed on it. I have new ribbons for sale in my store listed under TYPEWRITER SUPPLIES.
