This clock is rare and it was made by the Deluxe Clock Mfg Co of New York. There is a medallion on the back of the clock naming it the Times Square clock.
This clock is great for display only as the winding mainspring is broken and to repair is more expensive than the clock value, but someone might want this one as a display clock on that certain shelf you have. If you live in New York, it would be a great conversation piece also. The clock is pretty old and maybe someone local would know more about the Deluxe Clock Mfg Co.
