Pyrex Style RD Lids on Buffet Master "Buffet Master" by Foreman Bros. Chrome Plated, Butterscotch Bakelite Handles, with three Pyrex glass #504 1 quart glass receptacles with Style RD Red Decorated lids. Includes original cord. Circa 1936-1937, the only year Pyrex Style RD was manufactured. The cemicals used to make were found to be poisionous. To keep foods warm, water is placed in the base unit where there is an enclosed rod that heats the water. To keep foods cold, ice can be placed in the base unit around the pyrex receptacles.
