Pyrex Round Casserole #474 1-1/2 Quart with lid. Un-named pattern - medium blue with turquoise vertical stripes. I believe this was a promotional item circa 1966. The casserole is in very good condition, shiny inside and out with no chip or cracks. There are a couple of scratch on the casserole when held to a light - probably from storage. The lid is in great condition with no chips or cracks and only minor surface scratches.
