This is a small vintage bell toy, probably from the early 1900's. With a string on this children could pull it anywhere and make lots of noise. I'm sure parents loved it. Chrome plated steel. Wheels are about 2" in diameter, and it is about 2" across. Has wire for string. Has some light rust on the wheels, one area is a little heavier.
