This is a milk glass sherbert pedestal dish. The dish has decorative rings and a small pedestal base. The piece measures approximately 3 3/4 inches wide and a little over three inches tall.

This can be the beginning of a sherbet glass collection from the depression era. Late 1930's -1940s.
