Vintage Segers Cigar Box Featuring Robt. Burns
Up for sale is a Robt. Burns cigar box that according to the stamp was shipped in the 1940’s. This box is in great shape with only one corner on the outside where the paper is just beginning to tear away.
Inside includes a picture of Mr. Burns along with his signature, price, and where the cigars were produced. Box is 4 inches wide, 5 inches long, and 2 inches deep.

Vintage Stetson Panetela Cigar Box
This box was sealed in 1954 according to the stamp and then has the hand written date of 1957 on the top in pencil. It is in very good shape with only mild loss of paper around the edges.
The inside has the advertisement for Stetson Panetela Cigars and the cost for that year.

Vintage "The Barrister" Havana Cigar Box
The new improved Havana Blend for just 10 cents! The outside of this box is showing signs of age with missing paper all around, but the inside remains in good condition with an excellent portrait of Benjamin Disraeli himself.
Benjamin, Prime Minister of England & Novelist (1804 – 1881) originally B. D’Israeli (of Israel) was born in England to Jewish parents. His father never Bar Mitzvah’d Ben because he could have never held any type of public office as a Jew. He became Prime Minister of England in 1868 and was leader of the Conservative Party in the House of Commons for 50 years. As far as being a Barrister: he never practiced law. In fact he never finished law school. He was however a successful novelist and wrote 12 books (mostly fiction) before and during his political career.
The label inside the box is the bust portrait of Benjamin Disraeli, with inset of the House of Commons and Disraeli at work in the House of Commons. It still has great colors and the label is embossed with gold accents. Consolidated Litho out of Brooklyn, NY is the lithographer.

Vintage "The days of the Harvester" Cigar Box
The outside of this maroon box is in rough shape with quite a bit of loss of paper, but the box itself is sturdy and intact. The name Leon Haala is written twice on the lid of this box and there are a few pen marks also inside.
The inside picture is the record breaker cigar in an ashtray with the well know horse head. The entire picture is embossed with some areas in golden seals. This is a rare and unique collection piece for any serious collector.

Vintage "The Cyana Brand" Cigar Box
This type of cigar sold for many years at 10 cents a piece because of their excellent quality. They were produced by the Worch Cigar Co. and the box and packing was done in the St. Paul-Minneapolis area in Minnesota.
These were considered the queen of quality cigars. The box is in good shape with only two areas of missing paper on the top lid and the normal peeling from the edges. The box itself is such a thick cardboard that it actually feels and looks like wood.

Vintage Wm Penn Wooden Cigar Box
This box is in relatively good condition with some wear to the edges and binding which has been taped prior to purchase. It is made of a light weight wood and has a picture of William Penn on the inside and a price of 5 cents that is in great shape.
The bottom has engraved that the cigars were from factory No. 373 5th District State of N.J. and it originally contained 100 cigars. It measures 8 ½ inches long by 5 ¼ inches wide by 4 ½ inches deep.
