This book has great tips for those who are new to metal detecting, tips as to where to detect along with a list of state parks and other publications to help you learn about your hobby.


It is in excellent condition, comes from a smoke free home and would makes for very enjoyable reading!

 

1958 Around The Corner, a Ginn Basic Reader, Teacher's Edition Vintage copy of Around The Corner, a Ginn Basic Reader, Teacher's Edition. Published by The Ginn Basic Readers by David H. Russell and Others, copyright 1958.

This is rather hard to find edition, it has the teachers guide in it along with a complete copy of the child's reader. It has a stamp on the inside cover indicating it is a California State Textbook, however, it has never been issued or used. It has a hard cover, binding is tight, no writing inside, measures 9" by 6 1/2" by 1 3/4". It has discard written along one edge, cover is in fair condition, looks like something was spilled on it, the front has some discoloration one of the bottom corners as does the inside page, the back cover is wrinkled and has discoloration on both the outside and inside, all is shown in the pictures, but it does not have any sort of mildew smell to it.

This set has lots of wonderful information along with actual black and white photographs as well as color photos. This book is out of print, it was printed in cooperation with Desert Magazine which went out of business in 1984. It documents the mines and stories of fifty ones mines across the southwestern states of Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, parts of California and Arizona. It in good used condition, shows normal wear from use, a former school library book, no loose pages. It comes from a smoke free home and would a terrific addition to your collection!  

John Lennon In His Own Write, Simon and Schuster 1964 I am pleased to offer to you "Jon Lennon In His Own Write", by Jon Lennon, published by Simon and Schuster, copyright 1964, 78 pages, hardbound and measuring 7 1/4" by 5 1/2". This book in his own words, I was bored on the 9th of October 1940 when, I believe, the Nasties were still booming us led by Madalf Heatlump (Who Only Had One). Anyway they didn't get me. I attended varicous schools in Liddypol. And still didn't pass-much to my Aunties supplies. As a member of the most publified Beatles my and (P,G, and R's) records might seem funnier to some of you then this book, but as far as I'm conceived this correction of short writty is the most wonderful lauf I've ever ready. God help and breed you all. It is in very good used condition, pages are in excellent condition except the last two blank ones have a couple of red spots on them, cover shows normal wear from shelf wear, binding is tight, no loose pages. It comes from a smoke free home and would a terrific addition to your collection!
