Wood & Sons Black Sheep Children Plate Wood & Sons Black Sheep Children Plate. This is a very hard to find pattern, we have done a lot of research on it and can't come up with a name. The pattern is black on a cream background and features a man playing a flute surrounded by sheep, children playing ring around the posy, geese, dogs and a couple seated under a tree. It is 7 3/4 inches across, marked on the back with Wood & Sons, Made in England, Dishwasher Safe, Fine Tableware, Microwave Safe. They are in very good condition, do not appear to have been used, back shows some age related marks apparently from being stacked.
