Groucho Marx Effanbee Legend Series 1983 Groucho Marx Effanbee Legend Series 1983. Groucho was issued by Effanbee in 1983 and in 1983 only, he is the fifth doll in the Legend Series. Groucho is dressed in a black long tails coat with a white rose, white shirt with satin burgundy tie, glasses, black with gray pinstripe pants, black socks and black shoes with rhinestones. He measures about 16 1/2 inches tall, has his original arm tag and is Mint in the box, box is in good condition with the lid have a torn spot on the bottom, the cello front is intact with no tears, the edges have been taped to the inside of the box as the original glue has come loose. He was purchased new and has been stored away from the dust and light and would be a terrific addition to your collection!
