Vintage 1950's Wooden Boy Puppet, Very Cute!
This puppet is very nicely made, I think it is probably German in orgin. Based on the age of other pieces that I got when I purchased it I estimate the age on it to be around the 1940's to 1950's. The head is wood, as is the body, the features are handpainted, nose is metal and there is a bit of wear to the paint. It is about 9 1/4" tall, overall good condition, does show age to the clothing, there is one string that attaches to the head that is missing and would be an easy repair. It comes from a smoke free home and would be a terrific addition to your collection!
