Uhl Ransburg Asters in Red Mixing Bowl with White Interior. Made by the Uhl Pottery Company and decorated Harper J Ransburg Pottery company this piece was made in the 1930's and has the hard to find white interior. The company was founded in 1908 and operated from 1908 to 1912 in Toledo, Ohio, in 1912 they moved operations to Indianapolis, Indiana. It has the hand painted Asters in Red pattern, considered to be from Era I. This pattern was made from 1936 to the 1950's on cookie jars, grease jars, pitchers, salt and pepper shakers, salad bowls, mixing bowls, teapots and flower pots, all made of earthware. It is 11 inches across and about 4 inches deep, bottom is fully marked. It is in very nice condition, no chips, white interior is in excellent condition, there are some random spots that have spots of paint missing, common in pieces of this age, overall really in lovely condition.
