Vintage Fenton Art Glass Vase Case Glass. Fenton Glass was established in 1905 by Frank and John Fenton in Martin's Ferry, Ohio, the earliest pieces were hand painted on blanks from other glass companies. Unable to get the quantity of glass they needed, they decided to make their own glass and 1907 the opened there own glass factory in Williamstown, West Virginia.
This vase is done in the Case glass style, it has a white swirl pattern with a casing of clear glass over it, the edge is a light blue and it has hand painted roses on both sides. It was originally made for by Fenton for the florist trade and has an estimated age of 1970 to 1980. It measures 6 inches tall and is in excellent condition, no chips and no wear to the roses.
