Vintage Fenton Stippled Rays Marigold Carnival Glass Bowl. Fenton Glass was established in 1905 by Frank and John Fenton in Martin's Ferry, Ohio, the earliest pieces were hand painted on blanks from other glass companies. Unable to get the quantity of glass they needed, they decided to make their own glass and 1907 the opened there own glass factory in Williamstown, West Virginia.
This is a vintage Fenton pattern, estimated edge is from the 1920's to 1940's. This pattern features an all over rayed pattern with a candy ribbon edge. It is 8 inches across and about 3 inches deep, it is in excellent condition, no chips. Please see my other listings for additional pieces of Fenton Glass and Carnival Glass.
