Antique Wedgwood Etruria Porcelain China Floral Tureen. This is a beautiful piece that was made around 1891, it features a floral pattern that has brightly colored flowers of red, purple, blue and yellow, edge has a basket weave trim and matching maroon details to the edges and handles. It is 10 inches across including the handles and about 6 1/2 inches tall, no chips, lid has a teeny fleabite on the inside edge. It is marked on the bottom with a blue print, Wedgwood, Etruria England, also molded mark of Wedgwood, the letter P, the letter W and 3RS (the three was used in as the first letter from 1907 to 1923) hand painted mark of A5632A, probably the artist's mark. A beautiful, seldom seen piece that would be a wonderful addition to your collection. |
