Vintage Griswold or Wagner Cast Iron Number #3 Skillet. Cast Iron cookware is a long time favorite, many people love to cook with cast iron as they say the food tastes better as well as the health benefits that one gains that come with cooking with cast iron.
This skillet is made of cast iron, it has one of the earlier marks that dates it to the 1920 to 1940 era. The back is marked on the back but can't make out what it says other then a P on the back of the handle and the number 3 on the front of the handle. It is a quality older piece, estimated age of 1930 to 1940, Made in USA.
It is 6 1/2 inches across and 1 1/4 inches deep. In in very good to excellent condition, could be cleaned if desired, has a nice patina and seasoning to it as it is. Please see our other listings for additional pieces of Cast Iron.
