Victorian picture hanger
Here is a pair of Victorian picture hangers, with a patent number (#729334) on the brass hanger portion, which dates it to between 1902-1904. They are off white to tan in color, with wooden tassle tops. They are in very good condition for their age. The rosette portion of the hanger is a silk feeling (doesn't mean it is silk, just feels like it) thread, covering the edging and forming a flower like design in the center. The tassle ends are of more a rope like thread.
