Berry Brothers Varnish Tin
This is a very nice and hard to find example of Berry Brothers Varnish. The tin is in very nice condition! The stags are great graphics on the front label. Details of the front label include: Liquid Granite .A., Six Highest Awards at the World's Columbian Exposition, Established 1858. The original brass cap over the nozzle is present! Another side label advertises a variety of their products. The back label is wonderful advertising. "For the mutual protection of Varnish Customers and ourselves, every can bearing our label has a brass cap fitted over the nozzle, stamped with our name. Our label and seal on a can guarantee the contents to be the best of its grade. See that the brass cap over the nozzle is intact." The last side label is 2/3 present, and it gives directions for use.

Reed Candy Company Tin -- Butter Scotch Wafers
This is a nice old tin from the Reed Candy Company of Chicago, for their Butter Scotch Wafers, which as the tin says are "Pure As Gold". This is a 20 lb. tin. I would say the condition is fair to good, considering the age! A nice mustard color with an vintage orange lid!

B & L Oysters
This is a very nice oyster tin in the '1/2 U.S. Lig. Gal. size or 5/12 Imperial Gal.' as it is marked. It is the B & L Oysters brand, Bivalve Oyster Packing Co., Bivalve, MD., U.S.A. The graphics are very nice, the lid is present, but someone ate the oysters! A very nice collectible!
