Waltham - PS Bartlett
This is a marked P.S. Bartlett open-face pocket watch, manufactured by Waltham, of Massachussetts. This is marked on the movement as a 17 jewel, Adjusted, Safety Pinion.
The movement serial number is 10551496 - produced in 1901 - Model 1883. This is an 18 size heavy watch.
The case is marked Illinois Watch Case Co. Spartan and the serial number is 0817226. I believe this to be a Silveroid case. The case is nicely decorated with a shield-like design in the center.
This is running and keeps time well.
