Vintage Boys Town Stamps This is a sheet of vintage stamps from Boys Town located in Nebraska. There are 12 left on the sheet, however, 2 of them are folded back and somewhat stuck to the others. I actually think they could be separated with patience, but I did not want to try it. I'll leave that up to you - the collector!

Otherwise, they are in great condition for their age. The color is very vivid and it appears that there is still glue on the stamps. Each stamp measures about 1.5 x 2 inches.

Boys Town Pottery Jug/Creamer
This is a nice piece of Boys Town pottery in what I'm calling a jug. It could be called a creamer or miniature pitcher as well. It is marked with the Souvenir label on the front and is also marked "BT" incised on the bottom. There is a itsy-bitsy glaze pop/chip along the upper rim but it is almost not even noticeable, but I like to mention anything I see.

Boys Town Pelican Jug This is a nice piece of Boys Town pottery. I'm calling it a jug, but it could be a creamer or miniature pitcher. There are no markings, just the pelican on the front which 'stands out' (I think that is called relief). Very nice piece!

Boys Town Salt and Pepper This set of salt and pepper have nice pedigree to prove that they were made at Boys Town. There is both the label -- Souvenir of Boys Town Nebraska -- and the wood burned name on each shaker -- Salt Boys Town -- and -- Pepper Boys Town. They measure about 3-1/2" tall each. Nice condition. Both still have original corks.

Click for more detail...

Father Flanagan of Boys Town Book 1944 This book is titled 'Father Flanagan of Boys Town' and is written by Fulton Oursler and Will Oursler and is copyright dated MCMXLIX (1944). This is in excellent shape, except for a coffee cup ring (or so I'm guessing) on the front of the book. No damage I can find to the pages. Excellent reading!
