This is a Kodak 35 camera from the 1935-1945 era based on markings on the inside (Canadian patent dates) with a 'Deluxe Field Case' which is really nice. The lense has markings of a small, nicely engraved plaque attached to the top which is marked 'Made in USA'. It also has Kodak Anastigmat Special f:3.5 50mm Eo33658 on the lense. On the bottom of the camera are the numbers 38291B. There is film loaded, which I'm pretty sure I exposed when checking it over -- sorry -- didn't know it was in there!
