Manufacturer: O.B. Halstead, Unionville, Missouri This is a set of 3 different cabinet cards, all photographed by O.B. Halstead, of Unionville, Missouri, in the late 1800s.
I believe the gentleman in all 3 are one in the same. There is only one marking in pencil and it is on the one of him by himself, noted "Taken May 26, 1890".
I also believe the woman is the same woman in both...a wedding portrait and then a family portrait.
Mr. O.B. Halstead was a somewhat famous person. I researched him a little and found that he is a descendant to King William of Holland and he had geneaology papers to prove that and fought for $300,000 in land in New York City in the late 1800s. Interesting!!
