This is an adorable egg plate in the Rooster pattern by a Blue Ridge jobber Peasant Village. PV wa the logo for Peasant village, who was a jobber that purchased from Southern Potteries. It measures approximately 9" diameter and doesn't seem to have had much, if any prior use.
