Manufacturer: Buffalo Pottery
Buffalo Pottery made a series of Wild Game plates in 1908. This is the one titled Wild Ducks. It is a dark teal color at the edges, shading to a lighter color closer to the center. (My photos show it more blue-due to poor lighting, but it is teal). The scalloped edge is rimmed with gold. The gold shows some signs of wear. It has a diameter of 9". The back stamp says Semi-Vitreous, the Buffalo logo, Buffalo Pottery, Wild Ducks, 1907, No. 1316.
