I believe this might be a California Pottery brand from the 1950 era salt and pepper set that I'm calling Batter Up.
The set has the typical colors of California Pottery and the typical glaze crazing, however, there are no markings to be absolutely certain.
The holes for the salt and pepper are in the eyes of the batter and the catcher.
