This is a dainty pair of earrings made by Coro, and the mark refers to the 1919 era of manufacturing.
This is a flower design with a center light blue stone and the petals below hold 6 light blue stones.
On one earring, a stone is missing on the petals, and one has come out when I cleaned them. The other earring has no missing stones.
