Circa: 1950s Manufacturer: Japan
This is a pair of salt and pepper shaker nodders made in Japan in the 1950 era.
This pair measures about 4.75 inches tall and the only damages found are nicks at the base of the black one and the wire for the nodder has come free from the head. This could be repaired easily with glue, however, I am not making that repair at this time. I'd prefer the collector make that repair if so chosen.
There is a stamped Japan mark on both shakers, as well as a gold foil label that has a ship symbol and the word Commodore present on both shakers.
