This is a different motif. Goldtone duck on a stop light. Measures 2 inches tall by 1 inch wide. Signature is difficult to make out. Looks like Betty Belz for Geray. Running over that is a bar that states pat 2066969. This was issued to Milky Way Jewels in 1937. I think this was for the pin mechanism, which works fine.
