Belle Churn McDermaid Butter Barrel Rockford IL
"The Belle Churn manufactured by J. McDermaid Rockford Ill" This is just the barrel, not the stand that it would sit in. The barrel is in wonderful condition as is the metal mechanisms. The inside is clean. It stands 21" tall and 16" wide. The top has old red paint and a glass viewing window. Very nice piece with clear stenciling. The old wood has aged to a dark patina. Shipping will be quoted. The barrel definitely has some weight to it.

Davis Swing Churn Butter Bellows Falls Vermont "Davis Swing Churn made by Vermont Farm Machine Co. Bellows Falls VT." is stenciled on both sides of the box. Fading words, but still readable. Original mustard paint and parts, this is not a reproduction. Very nice piece. Folding frame. Frame stands 40" tall, 46" wide at base, and 19" wide. On one side of the frame is stenciled "No 3". The box itself measures 36" long, 13 ½" wide, and 13 ¾" tall. The window on the lid is glass. The inside is very clean. This is a very interesting piece and has been a conversation piece in our store.
