Mayor is one of the characters available in the Tiny Kingdom series for the animated classic of The Nightmare Before Christmas from 1993.

He was taken out of the box for the picture. Box and figure in excellent condition. Measures approximately 2 3/4" tall. Extraordinary detail on these little figures. Wonderful Disney piece.
