Manufacturer: The Boyds Collection Ltd.
This is a very handsome, fuzzy guy! His name is Billy Bob Bruin. According to a tag, which he wears, he is one of Boyds Bears & Friends - The Archive Collection - Investment Collectibles. Some of his history is on the back of the card, along with his original price of $26.50.
He is also wearing a round little tag which says Boyds Bears Bearwear, which is the same wording as the red, white and navy blue tag which is sewn to his blue jeans. Actually, they are bib overalls. Also attached to him, is a green and beige frog. It is held on with a rubber band, so he won't lose it.
Billy Bob Bruin is fourteen inches tall. His arms, legs and head are jointed. His "fur" is beige and quite long His eyes are brown, with black pupils and his nose and mouth are black cord, as are the markings on his pads for his claws. His pads are beige felt. He comes with his own red Boyds Bears and Friends doll stand.
Billy Bob Bruin is absolutely mint, having been in storage for quite a few years. However, I do not have his original box - if he did come with one.
This little guy was offered from 1990 through 1999. He is tired of being held in storage and he wants to get out and play with his frog!
