This is a very pretty, but quite small, pink bowl which has a lid and has white leaves and flowers raising up on the lid.
I guess you would call this shape a kind of round octagon. The bowl measures two and three-quarter inches in height, to the top of the flowers on the lid, and is three and three-eighths inches in diameter.
There is a red and gold paper tag on the bottom which says it was Made in Japan. I do not know the age of this bowl.
There are no chips, cracks, or mars on this bowl or lid, but there is a rusty spot on the bottom, inside, which you can see in one of the photos.
