Antique 19c Hand Painted Scene on Ivory Fan
This nineteenth century ivory fan has a most equsite scene of two couples in a garden dressed in period clothing that can be scene when the 22 ivory sticks are fully opened. This fan does not lay flat because each piece of ivory curves which make it unique. From age this fan does have on issue, the sticks do not lay perfect when closed but fine when fully opened.
