Wood Blk Tray - Hand Painted Floral Center
The style used to hand painted the bright colored flowers surrounded by a gold swirl design on the scalloped edge black wood tray indicates it's age to be pre-1970s. There is no physical damage just usual wear from age a few scratches and bits and some paint lose. I am not certain but this may be paper mache' because it is light weight. 10 1/2 X 16 inches 1 3/4 inches deep
