1865 Original Oil Painting - Civil War Frame
A 7 1/2 in. by 9 1/4 in. oil painting dated and signed, Menne 1863, in it's original Civil War frame with the typical ceramic glass white beads on all four courner. Subj: winter snow scene of a country road with a log-type house in the mountains. The brush strokes are that of a self taught impressionist during the Civil War era. Excellent condition. Painting was done on a light weight board. Shipping WT. 1 lb.
