Vintage Match Box Holder Wall Unit Vintage Japanese; for those who have that lovely log cabin, here is a wonderful vintage "Match Holder" for your fireplace. Though original used to hold matches to light the stove in the kitchen, this would be addition to a fireplace décor.
This vintage Japanese "Match Holder" measures; 6 ¾ inches in length, the bottom is 3 ¼ inches deep, the top is 2 ¼ inches deep and the width is 3 inches. Marked "Made in Japan" in looking up this mark it is known for the 40 – 50’s.
Hang vintage piece of pottery on the wall in your mud room or by the back door to store keys in, such a wonderful piece of Japanese Pottery.
