Limoges Plate Antique circa 1908 Initialed F J.P. Gold! in acquiring an estate, we were able to purchase quite a collection from the owner of fine Limoges, Bavaria, China; all pieces we acquired were made for the owner having their initials painted on the back of the pieces or here having their initial painted in the center of the plates as in this wonderful antique plate we are showing here.
This exquisite antique plate measures 7 ½ inches in diameter, and is in mint condition.

Marked as shown in the pictures below; J. P., L. France, (L. meaning Limoges) dated Jan 23, 1908.
This antique plate is so gorgeous, with the heavy gold tone heavily painted on the scallop edge making the beaded relief design even more prominent. So exquisite and rich with the profound initial F found in the center painted in the same gold.
If your initial is one that bears an F, this elegant antique plate would be stunning found in your china cabinet, or in the center of your dining room table.
Though most people do think of china only be placed in a dining room, if your name truly starts with F, this magnificent plate would be wonderful hung in the center of your family portraits in a wall composition.
