Vintage kitchenware pottery comes in so many bright colors and designs, here is an excellent collectible small mixing bowl found unmarked.
A wonderful design with raised relief swirls and found in a bright yellow this little bowl is in excellent condition without any chips or nicks. This small mixing bowl measures 5 3/8 inches in diameter and stands 2 5/8 inches tall.
I love thinking of unusual ways to use collectible items other than just placing them on a shelf, think of using vintage pottery mixing bowls to host a potted houseplant what a statement it would make to have a collecting of vintage kitchenware pottery all in a single color, a great way to show off your inside "herb garden".
Though loving to cook myself, I think I would use this wonderful mixing bowl to cook with, perfect for mixing flavored butter or cheese, pottery holding the chill. Another thought is to store your kosher cooking salt in this little bowl and keeping it on your stove top the way cooks use to do, perfect to truly get a "pinch" of salt.
